neither. I think you’d do much better to go with a fender squire bass package.
I wouldn’t waste my money on these, go into your local music shop and you should be able to fender a Fender Squier Package for a reasonable price. The quality of these are not bad at all, especially for your first bass. Good luck. Try these sites if you prefer buying online, guitarcenter.com musiciansfriend.com
Good Luck.
i never heard of either of those brands.
I bought a used Fender Bullet for about $200
Likewise. I don’t know about retailers in the UK, but Fender Squier is a great starter set (especially for bass) and I know Ibanez, which is another great brand, also does starter sets. It’s very possible that these basses are perfectly good, but honestly, until you know enough about the different equipment to make an informed decision, you’re better off going with a starter set from an established brand and paying the extra 5 or 10 quid to get it set up by a professional so it sounds as good as it can.
Good luck!
