Ordered an item off ebay and still hasn’t come?

I ordered an Xbox 360 off ebay.co.uk and payed with paypal.
the seller said he posted it on monday 6th of april and today is the 15th and it still hasn’t come. (i ordered a game from ebay the 5th of april and it came 3 days later). I live in luxembourg and don’t want to wait a week more and all the other items i have ordered have always come in a week or so

talk to the selller. ask for the track number. if he doesnt have the track number. then cancel the order.
